Parameters:

- `name`: The registered model type name (for example, `"UserNotification"`).

Returns: An [`OpenCloudModel`](https://rapi.sleaze.dev/index/types/OpenCloudModel.md) container wrapping a typed model instance.

### CreateUserNotificationAsync

Parameters:

- `user`: The target user identifier.
- `userNotification`: An [`OpenCloudModel`](https://rapi.sleaze.dev/index/types/OpenCloudModel.md) container (from [`OpenCloudApiV1:CreateModel()`](https://rapi.sleaze.dev/classes/OpenCloudApiV1.md)) populated with notification payload fields.

Returns: Unused; the call always errors.
